We handle everything—from setup to next-day pickup—so you can enjoy a stress-free, fun-filled night while your little one and her friends make unforgettable memories!
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for LegendAry Thank you for choosing LegendAry! Please review our booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Booking and Payment -By booking, I understand LegendAry provides services to Baraboo, Lake Delton, Wisconsin Dells, Reedsburg, Mauston, Sauk and Portage areas. If you are unsure if we travel to your desired location, please email us for confirmation prior to booking. - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services. - Full payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. Rescheduling and Cancellations - Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 days before your event. Rescheduling is subject to availability. - Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit and any payments already made. Rain and Bad Weather Policy - Rain Policy: LegendAry will not provide refunds due to uncooperative weather, including rain. If weather disrupts your scheduled service, the customer agrees to reschedule the service within 30 days of the original date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If rescheduling does not occur within this timeframe, all payments will be forfeited. - Severe Weather Policy: For severe weather conditions that pose safety risks (e.g., tornadoes, lightening, thunder), LegendAry reserves the right to reschedule your event to ensure the safety of our team and customers. Set-Up and Take-Down - Our team will arrive at the agreed-upon location to set up and take down your experience. The customer must provide clear access to the site. - Additional fees may apply for locations that require special accommodations or extended travel. Customer Responsibilities - Customers are responsible for ensuring the event location is safe and accessible for our team. - Any damages to LegendAry’s property due to negligence will result in additional charges.
